It usually takes between 4 – 6 weeks to get up and running with FieldTestPRO. This includes template design and staff training. Implementation time varies based on number of templates and staff size.

In FieldTestPRO, a Template is the design of a form. It is what defines what fields exist, where they are located, what data type they are etc. A Form is a fillable copy of a Template. A form is a document where test results are entered for a job/equipment.
The Client Results Portal in FieldTestPRO is a secure, white-labeled web portal that gives customers access to their digital test reports, historical results, open issues, equipment lists, and testing schedules
Yes. With FieldTestPRO, clients can download official PDF versions of reports directly from the portal.
Yes. FieldTestPRO’s Client Results Portal provides read-only access to authorized users, ensuring transparency while maintaining data control.
Yes. FieldTestPRO supports printed forms and AI-powered OCR conversion. Handwritten forms can be scanned and converted into structured digital data with a built-in review process.

Yes. FieldTestPRO can be configured to include cover pages, table of contents, disclaimers and statements of work to the beginning of test reports along with standard issue summary and test forms.
Yes. Test values are linked to equipment, forms, and fields. Technicians can view previous values and trend charts directly while entering new results.
When a test value is flagged as Review, Repair, or Urgent Repair, FieldTestPRO automatically creates a trackable issue. If the same field is flagged in future tests, additional incidents are linked to the existing issue.
Some editions can, while others can’t. FieldTestPRO Enterprise edition offers an API and Webhook capability allowing for seamless integration into your existing CRM, ERP and other systems.

Yes, if you use the Enterprise edition. All data collected by FieldTestPRO is securely stored in a cloud-based database. Customers using the Enterprise edition can request direct access to query their data, enabling custom reporting, analytics, business intelligence, and integration with other enterprise systems.

Once validated, updates are deployed to production with minimal disruption, allowing customers to benefit from ongoing improvements without the need for complex upgrade processes.
